Phase 3 – Envisioning the Next Chapter

Exercise 1 : shifts your focus from self-discovery to envisioning what’s next—clarity, joy, and alignment.

Dream Mapping
Close your eyes and picture your ideal future. What does your life look like? How does it feel?
Create a vision board (digital or paper) or capture your dreams in writing here.

How do you begin and end your ideal day?

Where are you living? What does your space look and feel like?

Who are the key people in your life, and how do those relationships nourish you?

How are you using your gifts and talents? What kind of work or service lights you up?

How do you feel in your body? What daily practices keep you energized and strong?

What does financial security or freedom mean for you in this future?

What hobbies, projects, or forms of expression bring you joy?

How do you spend your free time? What travel, exploration, or leisure fills your
life with excitement?

What practices, beliefs, or rituals keep you grounded, aligned, and connected to
something greater?

Looking back from this dream future, what difference have you made in your
family, community, or the world?

This isn’t a crisis—it’s a calling. You’re not lost—you’re just ready to return to yourself.
Reclaim your voice. Rewrite the rules. This isn’t the end—it’s your becoming.
